Stone Fruit Smoothie
Summer Stone Fruit Smoothie
1 C mixed stone fruit (nectarines, plums, and peaches); diced
1 tbsp flax seeds, fresh ground
1 tbsp coconut butter, or coconut meat
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
1 tsp maca powder
1-2 tsp coconut sugar (optional)
1 C coconut milk, or coconut water
Handful of ice (optional)
Put all ingredients into blender. Blend on high for 1 – 2minutes until desired consistency, and then enjoy!
