Power Berry Smoothie

Megs was inspire by the Trader Joe’s “Power Berry” chocolate covered blueberry snacks and decided to make them into a smoothie! We hope you enjoy this antioxidant rich smoothie. A perfect start to your day or mid-day snack!

Power Berry Smoothie

1 – 1 ½ cup organic wild blueberries, frozen or fresh
¼ cup coconut cream, or coconut meat
3 dates, pitted
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds, fresh ground
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract, or vanilla bean
8 – 10 oz. almond milk, unsweetened vanilla
1 – 2 handful of ice
Pinch of salt

Add all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
