Fig Smoothie
1 C of fresh or frozen diced figs (4-5)
Handful of spinach (½ -1 C loose baby spinach)
½ small avocado
3-pitted dates
1 Tbl Chia seeds
1 Tbl thick coconut cream (SoDelicious)
1 C Coconut water
1 Tbl vanilla protein powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
Handful ice cubs
Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt
Method:
Clean and ready figs and spinach. Add all ingredients into blender. Whirl until blended. Enjoy
