Choosing the Best Gluten-Free Orzo
Traditional orzo is made from durum wheat, which contains gluten. Thankfully, there are several great gluten-free alternatives available. Some of our favorites include:
🌾 Corn & Rice Blend Orzo – Closest in texture to traditional orzo (brands like DeLallo or Jovial).
🌱 Chickpea-Based Orzo – Higher in protein and fiber, with a slightly nutty flavor.
🍚 Rice-Based Orzo – A great neutral-tasting option that holds up well in cooking.
Check your local grocery store or online retailers to find a brand that works for you! Our favorite is from Jovial!
