Peach Basil Smoothie

1 C fresh or frozen peaches: white, yellow or donut peaches (nectarines & apricots too!)

½ C hemp milk or your favorite alternative milk

1 C coconut water or milk

3 dates, pitted

1 scoop vanilla protein powder  ( 1-2 TBL // or hemp seeds)

2 Tbl.  Chia seeds (optional: soak in 2-3 Tbl water before)

1 Tbl. coconut butter

4 basil leaves

8 mint leaves


Add all ingredients to blender. Whirl in blender and enjoy!
