WHO can Reset?

Anyone between the ages 18-80! This reset is an anti-Inflammatory detox that eliminates all high allergen and inflammatory foods. It’s perfect for every dietary condition (gluten intolerance, Celiac disease, dairy sensitivities, nut allergies*), chronic condition (digestive disorders, IBS, colitis, Crohns), and dietary preference (dairy-free, paleo, pescatarian, flexitarian, vegetarian, vegan). Everybody is different. Everyone has a choice for what’s best for their body. With these nutrient rich, plant focused meals, you will discover which foods truly make you feel your healthiest, strongest and most vibrant self.

Why do I have to give up coffee?

All forms of coffee are acidic, dehydrating, and are a strain in our detoxing organs (the liver and kidneys).

Here are our recommendations for energizing coffee substitutes with added health benefits: Four Sigmatic mushroom elixir mix, green tea, matcha, Yerba mate, raw cacao powder added to smoothies.

How long until I begin to notice my body is detoxifying?

It takes about 5 days for our body to release our dependency on certain foods like sugar and caffeine. Make sure to keep well hydrated. Also eat lots of fiber-rich vegetables.

Is it possible to eat out?

Yes. We recommend calling ahead and asking if you can have your food cooked in olive oil, coconut oil, or avocado oil rather than canola or peanut oil. Make sure they have gluten and dairy free options. Choose reset foods from your allowed food list. A simple meal of protein, vegetables, and salads make eating out doable.

Can I have 1 drink?

Our recommendation is not to drink to gain the full benefit from the cleanse. However, having a glass of organic wine vs hard alcohol is preferred. Alcohol wipes out our good gut bacteria, dehydrates our bodies, and is difficult on our adrenal, liver, and digestive functions. It can also be derived from wheat and corn products. A better, clean cocktail option is a “mocktail” - combine bitters, sparkling water, and a twist of lemon/lime over ice!

What to do if I am experiencing constipation?

Make sure you're drinking 8oz. of water 8 times a day, eating plenty of fiber rich vegetables and grains (provided grains are ok for you), and adding fresh flax and chia seeds to your smoothies. Hydration and fiber are the important go-to’s for regular elimination. Please make sure you email Pegs or Megs directly if constipation lasts more than a day or two.

Hey There We’re Megs and Pegs! Mother-Daughter co-founders of Curry Girls Kitchen. We are both living proof that food is medicine!

Pegs suffered with chronic digestive disorders, ulcerative colitis, and severe panic disorder from ages 19-28. Pegs has used food as a life-changing tool to heal herself and her family. She has been symptom free for over 3 decades.

Megs struggled with autoimmune disorders from the time she was a child. As she grew older she dealt with body image and an eating disorder. After Meg’s first time doing the program, those 21 days helped her discover what foods negatively impacted her health, mental clarity, develop a positive relationship with food, and reverse all her autoimmune disorders.
