Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 eggs, separate whites and yokes
  • 90 grams of sesame seeds
  • 90 grams of sunflower seeds
  • 90 grams walnuts
  • 90 grams of pumpkin seeds
  • 90 grams flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  • 100 ml of water
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prep first all ingredients by measuring and weighing them all.
  2. Whisking egg whites using a hand mixer or a kitchen aid to make whites peak and fluffy
  3. Add water and baking soda
  4. Grind all the seeds in food processor into fine powder
  5. Add all seeds to the mixture along with egg yokes and mix well
  6. Grease pan with coconut oil and cut out a size of parchment paper TO FIT in the bottom of the pan
  7. Pour mixture into small loaf pan (Jeff used this Pullman Loaf Pan)
  8. Bake the bread for 50 minutes at 350 degrees
  9. Cool completely on cooling rack before cutting into your loaf
