Ingredients
- 4 eggs, separate whites and yokes
- 90 grams of sesame seeds
- 90 grams of sunflower seeds
- 90 grams walnuts
- 90 grams of pumpkin seeds
- 90 grams flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 100 ml of water
- a pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prep first all ingredients by measuring and weighing them all.
- Whisking egg whites using a hand mixer or a kitchen aid to make whites peak and fluffy
- Add water and baking soda
- Grind all the seeds in food processor into fine powder
- Add all seeds to the mixture along with egg yokes and mix well
- Grease pan with coconut oil and cut out a size of parchment paper TO FIT in the bottom of the pan
- Pour mixture into small loaf pan (Jeff used this Pullman Loaf Pan)
- Bake the bread for 50 minutes at 350 degrees
- Cool completely on cooling rack before cutting into your loaf
