Sweet Green Cucumber Smoothie
1 small Japanese cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 handful spinach
2-3 dates
1-2 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ tbsp flax seeds, fresh ground
½ tsp vanilla powder or extract
1 scoop vanilla protein powder, optional
1 cup almond milk
½ – 1 cup coconut water
1 handful of ice
Method:
Add all ingredients into your blender and blend until creamy!
