About Meg:  From as long as I remember I was chronically sick. I suffered from Candida and autoimmune disorders that resulted in chronic fatigue, sinus infections, inflammation, digestive issues, and excess weight. At 16 my mind, body and spirit broke down. I realized I needed to take ownership for my health. By changing my diet and lifestyle I was able to reverse my diagnosis. For 20 years I have witnessed and studied how we can heal through a holistic approach to living.

My background:

  • Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach; Institute of Functional Medicine 
  • Co-founder of Curry Girls Kitchen, helping people discover their own healthy lifestyle through delicious food and conscious choices
  • Private chef specializing in dietary allergies and family health.

Why A Whole-Body Health Coach: Healing involves the whole-body. The principles of my coaching are grounded in the understanding that it takes ownership, awareness, and the integration of your whole-body to create transformative change. Through food to support your body, mindfulness, and daily movement, we allow the body to naturally heal on a cellular level with ease. This is what the body is designed do. Together we can achieve it.

To support your commitment, a weekly call for 3 months is recommended to initially develop new habits and start feeling better.

Seasonal:
2260 minute private, personalized coaching sessions 

(5 months to complete all 22 session)

  • Co-create a customized whole-body program
  • Additional resources personally designed to support your needs (ie. gluten free pantry list, meal plan, or grocery lists. Doctors and health professional suggestions. Online and literature resources.)
  • Option to review most current medical records
  • Accountability assignment to support growth between sessions
  • Email/text support (up to 2-times per week)
  • Access to digital self-guided Cleansing with Food RESET program
  •  

Getting Started: 1260 minute private, personalized coaching sessions 

(3 months to complete all 12 session)

  • Co-create a customized whole-body program
  • Additional resources personally designed to support your needs (ie. gluten free pantry list, meal plan, or grocery lists. Doctors and health professional suggestions. Online and literature resources.)
  • Option to review most current medical records
  • Accountability assignment to support growth between sessions
