- 2 heaping handfuls leafy greens, (Power Greens)
- 1 tsp. Matcha Green Tea powder, ceremonial grade
- 1 Cup Acai Smoothie cubes (with or without Mango)
- 1/2 banana (greenish best)
- 2 Tbsp. Cultured Goat or Pea Protein Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Flax Seeds
- 1 Tbsp. Collagen Peptides Powder
- 1 Tbsp. almond or another nut butter
- 1 Tbsp. MCT oil
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, ground
- 1 date, pitted
Instructions
Blend all ingredients until smoothie, and ENJOY!
