    Ingredients

    Units Scale
    • 1/2 cup Vegan aioli, or Avocado Vegenaise
    • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
    • 12 Tablespoons chives, fresh chopped
    • 2 Tablespoons water
    • 2 teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 12 garlic clove, smashed and chopped

    Instructions

    1. Place all ingredients into blender, we used a Magic Bullet, and blend until nice and creamy.
    2. Store in a glass jar. Keeps up to a month, if it lasts that long!

    Notes

    Variations:

    Try other herbs or herb combinations: dill, cilantro, basil or tarragon

     

    NOTE: The more green herbs you add the greener the color

    Add a Tbsp. of finely diced red onion or use spring garlic
