The Inspiration Behind This Recipe
Megs originally discovered a delicious vegan ranch dressing at one of our favorite local boutique grocery stores. It was love at first bite. But as all good foodies do, she set out to recreate a version at home—and let’s just say, she nailed it. It’s now a go-to sauce in our home and is so simple to make with pantry staples and fresh herbs.
The more herbs you use, the greener the dressing.

FAQs
1. How long does Dairy-Free Ranch last in the fridge?
Store in an airtight container or mason jar in the fridge for 2-3 weeks. Give it a good stir before using.
2. What’s the best base for this ranch?
We love using a combo of dairy-free mayo and unsweetened plain yogurt (like cashew or coconut). You can also use soaked cashews blended with lemon juice and garlic for a whole-food version.
3. Can I use dried herbs?
Yes, but fresh herbs give the best flavor. If using dried, reduce the amount by about one-third (as dried herbs are more concentrated).
