1 package Pamela’s gluten free brownie mix
1 large egg
2 Tbsp almond milk, or milk of choice
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Put all ingredients into a medium sized bowl and mix together.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Take a heaping spoonful of cookie dough, around 2 tablespoons, and form into a cookie shape. Slightly pressing down to flatten. They do not spread that much, so you can fill the cookie sheet. We fit 12 cookies onto the pan
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until your desired doneness.
