Curry House Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

23 cloves minced garlic (depending on how much garlic you like)

1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt

Juice from 1 Meyer Lemon (1/4 C) or a Eureka or other lemon will work too)

1/2 C Olive oil, Extra Virgin Organic and cold pressed

Instructions

Method for Making Curry House Salad Dressing

  1. Whisk first 3 ingredients together.
  2. Then add lemon juice.
  3. Slowly whisk in olive oil.
  4. Store in a glass container.
  5. Refrigerate up to 2-3 weeks.
  6. Use daily to dress your salads.

Notes

Variation: Add 1-2 Tbsp. flaxseed oil or 1-2 tsp. anchovies or paste for a wonderful Caesar type dressing.
