This morning after my Level 10 workout, I made myself an Acai smoothie. It was surprisingly delicious! I ran out of blueberries and had this smoothie packet in the freezer. It was very convenient and when I added the avocado it was smooth and flavorful. I was very satisfied and happy!
Recipe for Acai smoothie
1 packet Sambizon frozen Acai
2 Tbl soaked chia seeds
1 Tbl ground flaxseeds
1/2 small avocado or 1/2 small banana
1 C Coconut water
1 C Hazelnut milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 Tbl coconut butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Blend all ingredients until well mixed. Pour in a glass and enjoy!
