Shrimp Pad Thai

 

 

Shrimp Pad Thai is one of those flavorful dishes that can be eaten any time~ It’s great served hot, room temp, or even cold. It’s easy to prepare for one or a crowd. Beautiful wild Red Patagonia shrimp is caught in pristine waters not far from Antarctica, tastes more like lobster than shrimp, and we buy it from our fish monger at our local farmers market. It’s awesome because we keep it frozen until we have a hankering for Shrimp Pad Thai OR one of those nights we need a quick flavorful meal. Serve as is or paired with our coconut yellow rice.
