Dragon fruit (Pitaya) Smoothie
SOOOO Pretty and Pink!
Ingredients:
1 Frozen packet or 1 fresh when in season: Dragon fruit,(pitaya)
½ C fresh sliced or frozen mango chunks
1 C Coconut milk
1 C coconut water
1 Tbl. Coconut butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 banana, frozen pieces (omit if on CLEAN)
2-3 dates, pitted or 1 Tbl coconut nectar
1 Tbl whole or fresh ground flax or chia seeds
1 Tbl. collagen powder (optional)
Method:
Add all ingredients into blender and whirl until smooth.
