    Ingredients

    Berry Watercress Smoothie:

    11/2 Cups frozen or fresh blueberries, raspberries and blackberries

    1 C Coconut water

    1/2-1 C hazelnut milk
    2 Tbl. Chia seeds
    1Tbl. Fresh ground Flax seeds ( if using a Vita-Mix no need to grind)

    1 TBL. Coconut butter or coconut oil
    3 Dates PITTED
    1 Handful watercress stems and all RINSED
    1 tsp vanilla extract (omit if using vanilla protien powder)
    1 tsp Cinnamon

    3 Basil leaves (optional)
    1 scoop protein powder OR 1-3 Tbl Hempseeds or Almond butter

    Instructions

    Add all ingredients to blender. Whirl for 1 minute and enjoy!

    NOTE: if you like it to be a little cold and are not using frozen blueberries add a couple ice cubes.
