1 Apple~ Green, Pink Lady, Fuji, Honey Crisp~ lots to choose from
2 Tbl. almond butter
1 handful spinach
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt
6–8 oz Hazelnut Milk or YOUR favorite alternative milk
5 ice cubes
