Carrot Cake Smoothie
- 1 C shredded or diced carrots
- 1/4 C pineapple chunks (they come in individual packages or use fresh!
- 1 C Coconut water
- 1/2 C Hazelnut milk or any favorite milk
- 2 big squirts Culinary Coconut Milk by So Delicious DF
- 1 Tbl coconut mana or coconut butter
- 2–3 pitted dates
- 1/2 –1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2–1 tsp cinnamon
- Fresh nutmeg to taste
- 2 TBL Chia seeds
- 5 ice cubes (optional)
- Place all ingredients into a blender. Whirl until smooth.
- Garnish with 1 diced date, raisins or currants and toasted coconut shreds
