Carrot Cake Smoothie

Carrot Cake Smoothie

  • 1 C shredded or diced carrots
  • 1/4 C pineapple chunks (they come in individual packages or use fresh!
  • 1 C Coconut water
  • 1/2 C Hazelnut milk or any favorite milk
  • 2 big squirts Culinary Coconut Milk by So Delicious DF
  • 1 Tbl coconut mana or coconut butter
  • 23 pitted dates
  • 1/21 tsp vanilla
  • 1/21 tsp cinnamon
  • Fresh nutmeg to taste
  • 2 TBL Chia seeds
  • 5 ice cubes (optional)

 

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Whirl until smooth.
  2. Garnish with 1 diced date, raisins or currants and toasted coconut shreds
