1 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
1 orange, juiced with pulp, (add orange zest for more orange flavor or 1/2 tsp orange extract)
2 dates, pitted
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp apple sauce, with cinnamon OR a fresh apple works great too!
1 tbsp coconut meat
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Handful spinach, optional
1 cup coconut milk
Place all ingredients into blender and whirl until desired consistency.
