Matcha Green Tea is something I have been obsessed with for quite some time! A couple years ago, my OBGYN/functional medicine doctor suggested I drink green tea, specifically matcha, to help support my female system down under.
The green powder can be easily mixed into smoothies, water, or your milk of choice. I personally love tasting the earthy flavor of the green tea leaves ground up all on its own. However, it can be a bit much for some people!
I have taken my twist on this femm-power-packed drink. Perfect for a morning kick-start or an afternoon pick-me-up! From the caffeine in the green tea, mixed with the metabolism boosting cinnamon, to the fertility and libido enhancing maca, this Matcha Green Tea Latte is good anytime during the day as a great caffeinated alternative to coffee (just not too close to sleep time~ wink wink)!
