Summer Salsa
Ingredients:
3 very ripe tomatoes (Heirloom, Roma, Cherry tomatoes ~ all work great)
3 ripe, but firm tomatoes
¼ C red onion
1 green onion chopped
¼ C Cilantro, chopped
Jalapeno diced, to taste (the seeds are what makes it hot, so removing them adds the flavor not as much heat) Careful to wash your hands after working with hot peppers
Juice of 1 lime, to taste
Diced avocados
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Celtic Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
Optional additions:
¼ C rinsed black beans
Pinch of brown sugar
Chop and Mix all ingredients together. Serve with Tortilla Chips
