Ingredients
1 lb. ground dark meat chicken, grass fed beef or turkey (we used chicken)
1/2 avocado
All season salt
Garlic granules or powder
Fresh ground pepper, to taste
Coconut oil
Cheese slices (we used goat cheese slices Joan of Arc ~ optional!)
Instructions
Method
In a skillet heated to medium, add coconut oil.
Season patties on both side with All Season Salt and Garlic Granules.
Add burgers to skillet, and cover and cook for 5 minutes. Flip burgers and cook 5 minutes longer.
Top burgers with cheese if using. Cover and cook for 2 minutes until cheese has melted.
Serve with an Udi’s gluten free whole grain hamburger bun, or not, but topped with CGK Secret Sauce.
