Avocado Stuffed Burger

Ingredients
1 lb. ground dark meat chicken, grass fed beef or turkey (we used chicken)
1/2 avocado
All season salt
Garlic granules or powder
Fresh ground pepper, to taste
Coconut oil
Cheese slices (we used goat cheese slices Joan of Arc ~ optional!)
Instructions
- In a skillet heated to medium, add coconut oil.
- Season patties on both side with All Season Salt and Garlic Granules.
- Add burgers to skillet, and cover and cook for 5 minutes. Flip burgers and cook 5 minutes longer.
- Top burgers with cheese if using. Cover and cook for 2 minutes until cheese has melted.
- Serve with an Udi’s gluten free whole grain hamburger bun, or not, but topped with CGK Secret Sauce.
Notes
Our family loves burgers protein style served with blistered beans, roasted carrot fries, cole slaw, or house green salad.
