No time for breakfast? Here’s a great way to prepare a nourishing meal the night before and grab and go in the morning—Breakfast in a jar!!
Chopped fresh seasonal fruit: Half sliced banana, fresh berries, diced apples, peaches, pears, etc.
Dried fruit: raisins, currants, cranberries, etc.
¼ – 1/3 Cup Rolled Oats (Gluten-Free available)
1 Tbl Chia seeds
¼ – ½ tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Coconut, Hemp or Almond milk
1 8 oz jar with lid
Layer each ingredient in your jar. Mix well. Then add enough milk to cover ¾ of the jar. Allow space for expanding oats. Refrigerate. Ready to eat in the morning!
May heat if you like it hot, but tasty room temp.

**This is a perfect breakfast or snack while in the desert for Coachella! You can bring everything unrefrigerated: oats, dried fruit, apples, seeds and nut milks. After you prep everything, store in cooler.
