Method:
In a toaster, or skillet, camper style, toast your bread. Set toast onto a plate. Open an avocado. Using a fork mash half onto your toast. Salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
Notes:
- If adding greens, take a handful and just when you go to flip the egg, add the greens to the pan and then flip the egg on top of the greens. This will wilt your greens perfectly! Turn off the heat and let egg sit for a minute.
- Avocado toast on the go: wrap your sandwich in a parchment or paper towel, and then wrap that inside of a piece of tinfoil. This wrapping will keep your sandwich warm.
